Mogale Business Park has established an Academy though a series of Training Centers for the benefit of our staff as well as our clientele. The Academy, led by qualified professionals in education, has identified a range of soft and hard skills essential for skills path development. It provides ongoing training for our customers as a value-add for the public sector.
As a company anchored within the private sector our leaders have been able to keep abreast of global trends in both training needs and content. This information is then passed on to our public sector clients for their benefit. Leading conventions and exhibitions are attended to purchase and test recommended material. This material is then redesigned to suit our emerging economy but also match global trends and benchmarks. Customer personnel then have easy access to choice training programmes to which our staff have already been exposed. This helps to maintain consistency of delivery.
