Louis Minnie - Maintenance

Maintenance is not only an essential function with an organisation to prevent structural entropy, it contributes powerfully to brand management, cost containment, efficiency, effectiveness and high productivity of every employee.  Louis Minnie has 30 years experience in all levels of maintenance for progressive organisations though his permanent focus today is the Bosasa Group.  As an Electrical Engineer he has had to extend this knowledge sphere to include benchmarking,  project management, cost model formulation, providing strategic input, innovating and implementing new technologies in line with company strategy and future projections, safety and risk management, and financial controls.  He continued to further his studies in correlated maintenance fields to guarantee effective delivery and the ongoing mentoring of staff. These employees  rely on him for their roles in the Group’s knowledge management arena. His studies included draughtsmanship, relevant law, training, facilitation, incident management and investigation and elements of labour relations.   Minnie who plays a central role with his contributions to the Bosasa Way and the maintenance of the Group’s culture is welcomed as a facilitator at the WIBL.
