> Dudu Dube - Procurement
Dudu Dube has four years procurement experience with the Bosasa Group. Her prowess in the field led her to be appointed to a leadership role within the Procurement Department. Her understanding of the nature of procurement attached to the process proceeded this appointment by five years when she correlated risk value and management to this function. Dube understood the combination of theory and practise in her pursuit of zero defect in fulfilment of her duties. She is currently formalising her knowledge by studying towards a degree in logistics. Added to her portfolio of knowledge in the field she has a National Diploma in logistics, an executive diploma in Hospitality Management and extensive experience in procurement in the hospitality industry itself. Her practical knowledge has significant application in Full Facilities Management. Her leadership role entails streamlining the effectiveness and efficiency of the Group’s purchasing and supply chain which includes cost cutting and active pursuit of corporate profitability. Dube’s value as a facilitator on procurement extends beyond the transfer of knowledge to general cost containment, waste management and by default, environmental concern, which every employee should understand.
