Carlos Bonifacio - Accounts

Carlos Bonifacio is financial coordinator of the Bosasa Group and has 36 years in the Accounting profession covering auditing, commerce and industry. After achieving an  Hons. Bcompt C.T.A. he has added many complementary courses to his knowledge base to grow value to his role.

Bonifacio discovered his passion for accounting could be transmitted to personnel at any level if processes were simplified and understood. To this end he designed workshops which simplified what appeared to be highly complex accounting procedures, enabling business and financial knowledge to become common currency of willing staff.  As good accounting is linked to good governance and the stability of an organisation, all leaders that emerge from the WIBL, need a comprehensive understanding of financial management.   With this understanding, pressures from staff, poor allocation of resources, bad decision making, risk  and poor supply chain management is minimised. Bonifacio is known for translating  a traditionally  boring subject into one of value and interest.
